Life before COVID-19
Just before Haiti was put on lockdown due to COVID-19, the sewing students were making tremendous progress. Here's the Port-de-Paix class showing off some items they recently made. Just look at those smiles!

COVID-19 Haiti Update
Like the United States, Haiti remains in lockdown. Yesterday, The Ministry of Public Health and Population reported 43 confirmed cases of COVID-19. As of now, they are reporting only 1 case in the Northwest, and that case is in Port-de-Paix.
Like much of the U.S., testing is a problem in Haiti, so these numbers may not be entirely accurate. However, our staff and students are reporting that they are safe and healthy.
Some of our students and graduates like Kendy (top) and Schneider (bottom) have been making masks. We're happy to see them using their sewing skills to help their community just like many of you.
Please keep praying!
